"Camino Events co was suggested to us by our venue when we booked our wedding, seemed like a no brainer to enquire considering Rae used to coordinate at our venue. Rae made planning our florals and styling easier than I could’ve ever imagined. I just had to send her a few photos of what I wanted and she delivered that and more on our wedding day. I felt so comfortable leaving all the small details up to Rae as planning a wedding and working full time is A LOT of work. She delivered on my vision and I didn’t have to compromise anything I wanted.

The coordinator in her really took control when Cyclone Alfred threatened our day and our venue. Rae called other venues she had good connections with and we even had standby options in place. In what seemed like the worst lead up to my wedding she really eased my nerves and for that I couldn’t be more grateful. Thankfully it all worked out to the original plan! Rae is friendly, professional and nothing is ever too much to ask. She’s fabulous at what she does and I couldn’t recommend her more ✨"

Mel and Nick’s wedding at Coolibah Downs Private Estate was the perfect mix of heartfelt moments and all-out fun, wrapped up in a palette of soft blush, white, and endless laughter.

They tied the knot on the croquet lawn beneath the towering palm trees, with dappled light and gentle breeze setting the tone. The ceremony was simple, sweet, and full of personality, just like them. Their florals complete with chiffon draping, the space felt effortless and romantic without ever taking itself too seriously.

The reception kept that same energy. Think laidback styling, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a dance floor that took off the minute the sun dipped behind the trees. There were no 'formalities' holding things up, just speeches that had everyone in stitches, drinks flowing, and a couple who never once left the party.

From the soft romance of the croquet lawn ceremony to the chaotic joy of the dance floor later that night, Mel and Nick’s wedding was a true celebration of love, fun, and being unapologetically yourselves.

A day full of real moments, genuine joy, and a whole lot of happy chaos. What more could you ask for?
