Emily and Chris’s wedding at Botanica Plantation House was a vibrant, joy-filled celebration that brought together bold colour, heartfelt moments, and their cheeky fur baby, aka the real star of the day.

Surrounded by rolling greenery and the estate’s tropical charm, the couple leaned into a palette of unapologetically fun florals: pops of pink, coral, hot pink, purple and yellow transformed the space into a playful garden party. It was bright, it was bold, and it suited them perfectly.

Emily and Chris are the kind of couple who don’t take themselves too seriously, think goofy grins, spontaneous dance moves, and endless laughter throughout the day. From the minute guests arrived, it was clear: this wasn’t going to be a stiff or formal affair. Instead, it was a celebration of everything they love: each other, good food, loud colours, and their dog (who proudly trotted down the aisle in full wedding-day glory).

The ceremony was warm and light-hearted, filled with personal touches and plenty of giggles. Afterwards, guests mingled on the lawn, cocktails in hand, surrounded by lush blooms and colour-pop styling that radiated joy.

As the sun set, the reception kicked off in true Emily-and-Chris fashion, with spontaneous speeches, barefoot dancing, and a vibe that said “this is our party, let’s have fun with it.” There was no pressure to perform, just a beautiful, love-soaked day full of energy and unfiltered happiness. Emily and Chris, your day was as bold and brilliant as the two of you, complete with colour, chaos, and the cutest ring bearer we’ve ever seen.
