FULL PRODUCTION

FULL PLANNING | STYLING | FLORALS | STATIONERY | COORDINATION

Investment for this service begins at: 12,500 (+GST)

Recommended total wedding budget: 50,000 or more

This is for the couples who are:

Busy and don't want to deal with the logistics of wedding planning.
Looking for someone to create a fun and memorable experience for their guests.
Keen for a professional to take care of them so they can be a guest at their own wedding.

INCLUSIONS:

An all-inclusive design brief that's curated for your wedding theme and chosen venue and covers every element of the design process.
Guidance with selection of personal styling such as: dress, suit, shoes, rings, accessories, wedding party attire, hair & make-up (with optional in-person styling appointment day)
In-Person or phone consultation after securing your date to discuss concepts as well as ongoing support to provide guidance throughout your wedding planning.
Site inspection of your top venue selections, assistance with the venue selection process and a guided styling tour of your chosen venue 3 months prior to the wedding (subject to travel).
Clear curated vision & photo board for your photographer to refer to so you can get the exact vibes you're looking for!
Full planning assistance such as (but not limited to): a curated vendor list
based on your theming/style, timeline curation, budget curation, detailed run sheets for you & your vendors, floor plans, planning checklist & on the day checklist.
Full complementary use of our hire collection and full floral & stationery services built into your quote. We'll also liaise with any other external furniture or hire companies to ensure a cohesive look.

On the day coordination assistance such as (but not limited to) liaising with vendors, ceremony assistance, assisting with transition from ceremony to reception and set-up of any items from our hire range as well as florals & stationery supplied by us & any small/medium sized decor supplied by the couple.

PARTIAL PRODUCTION

PLANNING ASSISTANCE | STYLING | FLORALS | STATIONERY | SET-UP

Investment for this service begins at: 8,500 (+GST)

Recommended total wedding budget: 40,000 or more

This is for the couples who are:

Eager to be involved in the planning process but want professional guidance on vendor selection, timeline & budget curation.
Have a vision in mind and need someone to help execute it.
Don't want to be tied down by the admin.

INCLUSIONS:

An all-inclusive design brief that's curated for your wedding theme and chosen venue and covers every element of the design process.
In-Person or phone consultation after securing your date to discuss concepts as well as ongoing support to provide guidance throughout your wedding planning.
Site inspection of your top venue selections, assistance with the venue selection process and a guided styling tour of your chosen venue 3 months prior to the wedding.
Partial planning assistance such as (but not limited to): a curated vendor list
based on your theming/style, timeline curation, budget suggestions, floor plans and detailed run sheets for you & your vendors.
Complementary hire items (of up to 400 in value) from our hire collection as well as floral & stationery services built into your quote.

Partial on the day assistance such as (but not limited to) liaising with vendors in the morning, ceremony assistance, and set-up of any items from our hire range as well as florals & stationery supplied by us & any small/medium sized decor supplied by the couple.

MINI SESSIONS

THE SPARK 1:1 PLANNING SESSION

Investment for this service: 800 (+GST)

Whether you're just beginning the planning process or want to ensure everything is on track a few months before your big day, this session provides invaluable support for couples who don’t require full-scale planning but need professional advice to steer them in the right direction.

This is for the couples who are:

Stuck on where to begin!
Finishing up their wedding planning (about 2-3 months out) and need guidance to make sure they're on track.
Wanting professional recommendations but don't want the full planning experience.

INCLUSIONS:

Assistance with development of mood board, theming, and styling concepts tailored to your vision.
2-hour consultation session with you and your partner to discover what you want out of your day and how we can achieve it.
A bespoke wedding brief received after the consultation including vendor recommendations, mood board, wedding theme, timeline, budget and floor plan.
Expert budget advice to help maximise your resources.
Vendor recommendations aligned with your unique style and preferences.
A curated timeline and floor plan to ensure a seamless event.
Answers to any questions or solutions to challenges you're facing along the way.

BRIDAL STYLING SESSION

Need an un-biased opinion and cheerleader by your side to ensure you're looking your absolute best on your special day!
Want a seamless one-day experience to find their dream dress.
Feel lost when it comes to fashion and don't know where to begin.

INCLUSIONS:

Assistance with development of mood board tailored to your vision.
In-Person dress trail experience curated just for you! We'll find all the shops that have dresses inspired by your Pinterest board as well as something a little different. Then we'll book them all in one trail so you can streamline saying yes to the dress!
Make-up, jewellery, veil and hair styling recommendations.
Expert budget advice to help maximise your resources.
